Big Brother Over The Top Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for Friday 10/14/2016!!!

Yesterday was mostly a quiet day in the old BB OTT house. There were no comps and no big events other than another chat with Julie. After the chat with Julie the house had been restocked with food and Shelby saw Jason running through the house with a bag of chocolates so she knew that his side was hiding the Krackel bars. Morgan and I believe Whitney then went on a search for the hiding place and found them under the yoga room sofa. The Krackel bars were relocated to Shelby's golf bag. (At this point Shelby may not want to give up her mobile snack bar when her punishment ends. She keeps the pockets of the golf bag well stocked with various foodstuffs she prefers.) The girls joked about putting one Krackel bar on each of the late night crew's pillows, but I don't think they did. They also joked about saving the empty wrappers and putting them back in the trash bag under the sofa after they ate them all. The girls were having a lot of fun with the whole thing.

Danielle is continuing to be Danielle and regaled us all with the thrilling tale of how she let her puppy starve to death (in her world it killed itself.) She got a puppy named Sophie who was the "cutest thing in the world" and fed it Blue Buffalo then ran out of money to buy Blue Buffalo so she tried some other food but the puppy wouldn't eat it and it starved itself to death. (Note to Shane: Run! Get away from this lunatic!)

Then off camera Danielle and Justin got into a fight over child support and being a good parent. Danielle has an out of wedlock child with a Kansas City Chiefs cornerback and apparently Justin implied Danielle was a gold digger going after a ball player (probably correct) and Danielle got upset about that and attacked Justin for having three women and wanting children with all three saying he couldn't be a good father to children with three separate women. Things apparently got pretty heated between the two. (The feeds mostly showed Scott brushing his teeth during this period.) They've since patched things up on the surface, but Danielle is not especially popular within her group right now, which is also bad news for Shane since he's only really in the group because of Danielle.

Danielle continues to believe that America loves them (mostly her) and knows America won't make her a Have Not since she's also got her punishment of having to dive into the pool to retrieve a golf ball. (Which she picked and complains about endlessly.) She's sure America will continue to hand the game to them and can't understand why anyone on the other side of the house insists on putting them up for eviction knowing America won't vote them out. (A belief that Kryssie and Neeley also share. I really want America to nominate Kryssie this week.) I guess the belief of the Late Night Crew is that those winning HOH should pick off their own people rather than waste an HOH on picking off the people who America loves. (If only they could see the popularity polls it would make their poor little heads explode.)

Scott is planning to put up Shane and Danielle and tell the house everything he knows about their games. He'll tell the house how Shane formed the four person guy alliance night one then back stabbed Cornbread and Monte and that he can't be trusted. He'll tell the house that Shane was the reason Danielle was nominated week one. (Somewhat true, Shane did agree to it, but Monte was hesitant knowing that Shane and Danielle were getting close.) He'll tell about the deal Shane and Danielle offered Alex to keep them safe. He's been close to Shane for some time now, so he'll blow up everything he knows about Shane's game.

Justin has been spending more and more time with the girls which is making the late night crew a bit nervous. They're afraid he might flip. He's figured out the girls are more fun than the late night crew and less catty by a factor of ten. (Truth be told a house filled with cats is less catty than the late night crew.) Given his relationship with Danielle at the moment the girls might just be able to get his vote to evict Danielle.

Kryssie and Neeley are now convinced that Justin is sexist and that he proved Monte correct in what Monte was saying about Justin with his outburst against Danielle. Kryssie and Neeley have an odd view of the game at this point and are way overdue for a fall. It's kind of a shame they don't flash Joker's popularity poll on the big screen for the house guests to see where they truly stand. (The late night crew is racing to the bottom of the poll and as of this morning as I type this, Danielle is at the very bottom, but Kryssie and Neeley aren't far above her. Alex's group dominates the top of the poll with only Justin from the other side in among them.

Today will find the delivery of the Care Package. That will either got to Scott or Shane. Justin's Twitter twits want it to go to Shane to show that America loves him, but the saner voters were favoring Scott. (By the way, next week is the "Safety Servant" care package. I'm thinking Shelby would be a good recipient for that. She'd have fun with it. If we want to torture someone and Danielle survives this week then Danielle would just love being the personal servant to the HOH and wear a costume for a week. That just might make her drop out.)

So, later today the voting for America's Have Nots takes place. The Jason twits want Alex, Shelby and Whitney as the Have Nots. Most of the rest of us are voting for some combination of Shane, Danielle, Kryssie and Jason. (Danielle, Jason and Kryssie is building momentum so we can split Shane and Danielle apart nights.) That vote will largely tell us if this is to be a steamroller season, or if there's a chance for some fairness in the game. There's rarely been a season with such a clear divide between good and evil. Remove Jason and his side of the house would be getting clobbered, losing every vote, but his fan base, until now anyway, has been blindly supporting his side of the house. If they continue to support the Jason side and Alex, Shelby and Whitney are the Have Nots, it'll be a very bad sign for those who favor some fairness in the game. In a good sign, Jason's polling numbers are slipping badly, so his fans may be losing interest in supporting him.

So, today and tomorrow we'll get some indication of whether the voting has any chance of being fair this year. If Scott wins the Care Package and the combo of Danielle, Kryssie and Jason end up as Have Nots, it'll be a very good sign. We'll have to see what happens. Later today the Care Package will arrive and that'll give us the first clue as to how things will go this week. Scott winning it will blow the minds of Kryssie and Neeley. They're pretty much convinced Scott is hated since he was playing the middle. They have him and Shelby pegged as the most hated house guests and them winning the next two Care Packages could really blow their minds.

Big Brother Over The Top Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for Thursday 10/13/2016!!!

Yesterday saw Monte and his crew try to convince Shane to vote out Kryssie to save Monte, all the while they were planning to vote out Danielle. They just needed one vote to save Monte, and Shane told both Monte and Scott that he was voting to evict Kryssie, but he lied and voted to evict Monte. When the votes were counted Monte was voted out by a 5-4 vote. America voted out Monte. Jason's side of the house gloated and celebrated while Alex's side of the house said, "We tried. We did our best. It just wasn't enough." Jason's side was gleeful, but the glee wouldn't last long. The HOH comp was about to begin.

The HOH comp was the BB Barcode. In this comp BB had made a barcode up out of assorted pieces of wood and assigned a number to each piece of wood. There were about two hundred boards comprising the barcode. Differences in length were minimal and the only tool they were given to measure the boards was a short length of plastic chain. House guests were allowed to team up and talk among themselves and several did so, but the guesses through the first two rounds were all incorrect. In round three BB's cameras zoomed in on board 72 just after Scott had gotten done measuring it. Scott looked around a bit then marched over and asked BB if it was board 72. It was! Scott was the new HOH!

Alex, Morgan, Whitney and Shelby swarmed Scott and congratulated him while the late night crew largely ignored him. Several of them went to measure board 72 themselves just to be sure it was longer and they found it was which was very disappointing to them. They couldn't complain the game was rigged. Instead they called it a crapshoot, random and a lucky win.

Everyone then went back into the house where Jason assured his followers that America would protect them once again and that the other side should learn not to nominate anyone from Jason's side of the house. (It's kind of hard to win BB if you vote out all of your allies, so I don't get Jason's logic, but there's so much about Jason I don't get that it could fill a book.) Kryssie and Danielle seemed the most worried but were reassured by Jason that they'd be fine.

Scott was greeted warmly by Justin and Scott assured Justin he was safe this week. Scott had been saying he was targeting Kryssie, but that target has now shifted to Shane. Scott wants to make a deal with Kryssie and Neeley to keep him and Alex safe for as long as possible and put up Danielle and Shane again with Shane the target this week. Scott is not happy that Shane lied to his and Monte's face when he assured them he was voting out Kryssie to keep Monte in the house. In two weeks Shane has voted out two of his earlier allies, so Scott wants him gone.

Jason's supporters online have been saying that there won't be a steamrolling of Alex's side of the house, but that Monte was horrible and racist and they had to get him out, but once he was gone the votes would go to the most deserving players. They're now planning to nominate Morgan and vote her out. Why Morgan? To teach Alex and Scott a lesson that they should vote out their own allies or America will do it for them. We'll have to see if they're successful in that.

The Care Package voting starts later today and truth be told it's a pretty lousy Care Package to get. All the winner gets is the right to pick what type of veto to get. Jason's followers, knowing that Shane is now the target, are planning to vote for Shane to get the Care Package to send a message to Scott not to put up anyone from that side of the house.

So, today Scott will try to reach a deal with Kryssie and Neeley to get them on his and Alex's side of the house. He badly needs numbers now and by targeting Shane he might get their support this week in exchange for keeping them safe. Scott is trying to play the game week to week, but knows they have to thin out the other side of the house to have any chance at winning. Scott might be able to pull in votes from Kryssie, Neeley and Justin this week to make getting rid of Shane a sure thing and take away America's vote. It's a smart strategic move on his part. Kryssie and Neeley are closer to Danielle than Shane so by targeting Shane, Scott may just be able to get their votes. Justin's had a thing for Danielle since day one, but Shane beat him to her. With Shane out of the picture Justin could get closer to Danielle.

Expect today's Care Package voting to favor Jason's side of the house again and the same with America's nominee, which means that Scott will either have to lock down the votes of Kryssie/Neeley and likely Justin to evict Shane, or someone on his side will need to win POV to be sure they don't lose another player.

The America's nominee and America's vote has so corrupted the game this year that winning HOH  is largely meaningless if you're on any side but Jason's. In the first two weeks none of those nominated by the HOH have been evicted despite sound arguments in each case. Scott has Alex, Morgan, Whitney, Shelby as votes to evict someone this week. If he nominates Danielle and Shane that leaves Jason, Justin, Neeley, Kryssie on the other side, but America will likely take away one of Scott's voters (likely Morgan if you believe Twitter) and the Jason followers will vote to evict Morgan if she stays on the block. Scott really needs to pull in Neeley and Kryssie at the minimum to have a chance to send Shane home this week.

In the BB voting rules there are all kinds of options for BB to change the rules at any time and BB needs to make a change soon or they might just as well hand Jason the check now. The power of America's vote grows larger and larger as the number of house guests shrink and Jason's side of the house is already using their supposed love from America as leverage to try and get their way. In the first week with ten votes of house guests and America's vote, America had one sixth of the power to evict. It would take six votes in week one to guarantee someone went home. This week it will only take four votes to send someone home and America essentially has one quarter of the power to evict. Voting is clearly not taking place based on game play, but on fan base and if production wants BB OTT to be a popularity contest, well that's exactly what they've got.

We'll know if there's any chance for the voting pattern to change when the Have Not voting takes place. At this moment the Late Night Crew (with the exception of Justin) has slipped to the bottom of the popularity polls with Danielle, Shane and Kryssie generally the bottom three. If the voting is based on game play, those three should be the Have Nots. I'm betting that Jason's fan base will vote for three of Scott's allies to be Have Nots instead. We'll have to see what happens. Expect lots of drama from Danielle as she's on the block once again. She'll promise the world to Scott to keep her off the block, but Scott's not going to buy what they're selling. He's picked his side and Danielle isn't on it. If Scott can reel in Kryssie and Neeley this week, he'll largely flip the house, but I doubt that they'll truly flip. This week largely comes down to someone on Scott's side winning POV and saving America's nominee (likely Morgan) from eviction.

It'll be a pretty quiet day in the house today as the only thing on the agenda is Julie's house guest Q&A.

Big Brother Over the Top Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for Wednesday 10/12/2016!!!

Yesterday saw the POV ceremony take place where Shane used the POV to save himself. Alex then nominated Kryssie to replace him. Kryssie took the news fairly well while Neeley got very angry over it. Alex has now catapulted her way into being the number one target for Jason's side of the house for next week. Jason's side is now largely planning to nominate Scott and Shelby then backdoor Alex if they win HOH.

Scott, trapped in his sandtrap for 24 hours (his punishment for losing the POV comp) had a string of visitors. Shane was among them asking Scott how he was voting. Scott told him he was voting out Kryssie and the girls were all voting out Kryssie. This was confusing to viewers until Scott explained it later on after being freed from the sandtrap. Scott told Alex all about the four guys' alliance.

Scott's plan/hope is that Shane will want to keep his guy alliance alive (Monte, Shane, Scott) while also keeping Danielle and that by telling Shane that the house is voting out Kryssie that Shane can add his vote to the Kryssie side knowing that America will vote out Monte, but he can then pin his vote on America, saving Monte and his second alliance. Shane knows that Monte fought hard to keep Shane off the block with Alex, so keeping Monte makes some sense for Shane. Shane is okay with Kryssie, but Kryssie is more loyal to Jason, Justin and Neeley than Shane and Danielle, while Monte is still loyal to Shane. It's a clever little ploy by Scott and Monte and could work, but I doubt it. I think Shane will vote to evict Monte.

As of this minute Alex's side of the house will vote to evict Danielle while telling everyone else they're voting to evict Kryssie in the wild hope that Shane will decide to keep Monte over Kryssie. (Which makes sense in many ways.) If Monte or Scott gets a chance to talk to Shane alone they can point out that Kryssie doesn't have Shane's back while Monte does. Kryssie has Jason, Justin and Neeley as her top people. If Shane votes for Kryssie then he keeps all of his support in the house. (Or so they want him to believe as they rip Danielle out from under him.)

So there are two things to watch tonight. One is America's vote which despite lots of pleas from Alex's side will still likely go to evict Monte. (I've cast all 40 of my votes to evict Danielle however. I hate the smearing campaigns she's orchestrated and her childish behavior in the house. Her showmance with Shane may be one of the more annoying showmances I've ever seen too.) And the second thing to watch is Shane's vote. He's not overly close to Kryssie and should know Kryssie will have no trouble cutting him down the road while Monte is more ride or die with Shane.

I don't see Shane growing a pair though and going against Danielle's wishes even if he can hide behind America's vote. I'd love it if he did however. Seeing his face hearing the vote being tied at four votes Monte, four votes Danielle and one vote Kryssie and then Alex rising to vote out Danielle would be awesome! Convincing him to cast that vote for Kryssie to save Monte while the house votes out Danielle would go down in history as a brilliant move on Scott and Monte's part. I just don't think it will work. It is a clever plan though.

If by some miracle it does work and Shane votes out Kryssie, and Alex flushes out Danielle, Shane will be caught in the middle. Could he, would he side with the people who just stabbed him in the back, or the people he just stabbed in the back? There's no great option there for him. Monte and Scott would likely reach out to him to pull him in, but trust would be very hard to build after something like that. Kryssie would be very annoyed to know that she could have been, would have been voted out by Shane. Her allies in Neeley, Jason and Justin wouldn't be thrilled with Shane. His only real option might be to ally with Alex, Scott, Monte, Morgan, Shelby and Whitney despite them voting out Danielle and backstabbing him. It's a brutal spot for Shane to be in.

So, tonight's show could be interesting. It likely will be another in what promises to be a series of wins by Jason's side however. We'll have to see how the voting plays out. Will BB have a host for tonight's show or will it be the somewhat amateur hour production we saw in week one? They did bring in Jeff to host the POV comp, so they're apparently willing to have a host. The house goes on an indoor lockdown this morning at ten BB time to prep the yard for the comp. There have been a number of sayings issued each morning that the house guests are convinced will be part of the Q&A comp they're expecting tonight. They've been rehearsing those sayings a ton.

If Alex's side of the house is to survive they've pretty much got to win HOH tonight and then the POV and repeat that for several weeks. That need to win the POV may require they alter their nomination strategy. Instead of putting up big players they want out, they may have to opt to nominate two of the weaker competitors from the other side to increase their chances of winning the POV, then backdoor whoever they really want out. The risk there is that they could still draw the names of two big players from the other side as POV players and still be in trouble.

It's going to be another late night tonight as we see who becomes the new HOH. Morgan says she doesn't want it this week (she thinks she's pretty safe, knows she can't be on slop next week, and doesn't want to become a bigger target) so that largely leaves this HOH comp in the hands of Scott, Shelby and Whitney, for Alex's side, which is a pretty good trio to compete in a mental comp.

Big Brother Over The Top Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for 10/11/2016!!!

And now it all comes down to America's vote to evict. Yesterday saw the naming of America's nominee and it was Monte. That was followed by the picking of the POV players and Alex drew Scott and Shelby so there were four on her side competing against Shane and Danielle. The numbers were on her side, but the problem was it's a golfing competition and Shane's a pro golfer.

Jeff Schroeder dropped by the house just before the comp to host the comp which was a smart move on BB's part. Everyone got excited to see him and he seemed pretty happy to see them. Then the competition started. It would take 60 tickets to win the HOH so Shane and Danielle devised a strategy where Danielle would go for the prize ten tickets at a time using a shorter, easier hole while Shane would go for the thirty point hole each time. Shane quickly made a thirty point shot which forced Alex and her side to try and match him. She soon did. Then came round after round of near misses as Alex and Shane traded their best shots. It was just a question of time until Shane made it though and he did.

Anyone who didn't win POV got a punishment. Scott has to live in a sandtrap in the backyard for 24 hours. Alex has to be handicapped in her next HOH comp (two weeks from now if she's still in the house.) Shelby has to carry around a set of golf clubs while dressed as a caddy all week. Danielle has to jump into the pool to retrieve a golf ball from the bottom of the pool whenever BB calls for it for the next week. And Monte can't compete in the next POV comp.

With Shane winning POV Monte stays on the block and Alex's side of the house will likely lose him. They had two initial plans to save Monte and opted to go with Monte's plan first which was that he would appeal to Shane to vote against Kryssie, assuring him that they could spin it as America's vote and that Kryssie would go. (In fact the girls would still vote out Danielle forcing a 4-4 tie and then Alex would vote out Danielle. Monte swore Shane to secrecy and swore he'd have Shane's back if he did this. Shane then promptly went and told the rest of the late night crew of the plan and swore to them that he was evicting Monte. Word soon got back to Alex through Whitney that Shane had ratted Monte out.

That left Alex's side of the house with plan B which involved Justin. Justin had been upset to hear that Shane and Danielle had offered a deal with Alex earlier and he wanted them broken up as a result. However that rift had now mended and Justin told Alex he was voting out Monte.

Jason, Kryssie, Neeley, Shane and Danielle then entered the HOH room and demanded that Alex put up Scott. They lied to her and swore they'd vote out Scott if she did that, but they were still planning to vote out Monte. Alex stalled and delayed without committing to anything and they eventually left and she got together with her group again to go over their options. Monte was shocked and annoyed to hear that Shane had betrayed him and told Alex not to put up Scott. The rest agreed that they'd rather go down fighting than submit to the bullying of the other side.

The final, desperation plan was to have Monte appeal to Neeley for a sympathy vote, telling her that Alex's crew had decided he was a goner and they were voting with the house. In fact Alex's side will be voting to evict Danielle no matter what. If Monte could swing just the one vote from Neeley so he wouldn't go out like Cornbread by a unanimous vote of the house, that would force a tie and Alex could break the tie saving Monte and evicting Danielle. Neeley is minimally receptive to this idea, but will in all likleihood vote to evict Monte.

So, it all comes down to America's vote. Alex will nominate Kryssie to replace Shane or Danielle (Shane may be dumb enough to use the POV on Danielle.) Then Alex's side (Scott, Shelby, Morgan, and Whitney) will vote out Shane/Danielle and the votes from the house will be 4-4 and it will be up to America to decide who stays or goes. Given the influence Jason's fans have had, Monte will likely be gone. There was a big swell to nominate Kryssie, and she got a good percentage of the votes to be nominated, but in all likelihood America will not throw enough votes to Kryssie to give her the vote and Monte will be gone. Then Jason's side of the house will just pick off the rest of the girls and Scott one by one leaving the smoking, smirking crowd as the only people left in the house.

It's so rare to get good players in the game these days and this season we've got a handful of good players, but they're not with Jason's late night crew, so they're going down one by one. The good, smart, strategic players have won the first two HOH's and by Wednesday night will have likely lost two members of their side simply due to the fact that they're not on Jason's side.

Alex's side of the house pretty much has to win every comp to have any chance to stay alive and as their numbers dwindle so does their chance to win any comp let alone every comp. Meanwhile the side that lies around, smears people for no good reason, and largely just floats along, moves forward. I'll be throwing every vote I can at Kryssie in the hope that a miracle happens and she gets the vote to evict, but the odds are bad now. Instead of a fun and exciting season we're looking at a rout as Jason's fans hand him the money as he lounges on the couch smoking and talking smack.

As long as these rules stay in place, Jason needs to do nothing to get to the end of the game. People say no one will take him to the final two, but as the numbers in the house decrease, America's vote gets more and more powerful. In a few more weeks he'll be largely untouchable. The future Care Packages will help ensure he coasts through as they go to those his backers know will support him. Our last real chance to save the season is to have Alex's side somehow rally and survive, but to do that they need to win both HOH and POV for three or four weeks in a row and that's nearly impossible. Each week they lose one of those comps their numbers will decrease by one making it that much harder for them to win the next week.

The good news is we have seen the underdogs rally from incredible handicaps before and win. Jordan in BB 11 was one example. Jessie's side of the house dominated early and picked off Jordan's allies one by one, but she hung in there and survived. Granted she only had to fight the house and not all of America, but it's doable. It's just going to be a lot harder than it needs to be.

Big Brother Over The Top Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for Monday 10/10/2016!!!

Yesterday saw the BB OTT house preparing for the last part of the Safety Ceremony and the formal announcement of the nominations. The HOH camera made an appearance and multiple photos were taken with Morgan organizing a human pyramid of the house guests for a photo. The initial attempt failed when they relied on Scott as part of the bottom of the pyramid. When they rotated him out and Kryssie, in the next attempt succeeded, though Jason had a hard time getting on top. He carried over one of the log tables and then tripped and fell atop it bruising his ribs a bit. The house was briefly united and having fun during the photo shoot, but that all ended quickly enough and the tension between the two sides resumed.

The Safety Ceremony took place last night and Shelby was made safe first, followed by Justin, Monte, and Scott. That left Danielle and Shane as the nominees. They immediately left the kitchen in a huff and retreated to their bedroom. The rest of the house thanked Alex for keeping them safe. Shane thought it was a stupid move to put them up as Alex has no one on her side and is all alone in the house. (For the record, Alex has Shelby, Monte, Morgan, Scott solidly on her side and has also gotten semi-firm commitments from Justin and Neeley to break up Shane and Danielle.) Danielle then ultimately decided Alex must have done it because Shelby wanted it done and Alex went along with Shelby. Thus began the night of Shelby bashing.

Jason declared that the other side (Alex's side of the house) was "playing hard, but playing with terrible people." (Yeah. Right. They're the terrible people.) Jason then went on to say he hates Monte, Scott and Shelby the most. He wants to find the bungalow where Shelby lives and burn it to the ground so Shelby would be homeless. He wants to go pots and pans on Shelby tomorrow morning. He called Shelby ugly and an "attention thirsty sl*t." He describes Shelby as "Satan's daughter" and Scott as "Mussolini's son." Neeley, who had been largely neutral then called the girls on the other side (Alex, Morgan, Shelby, Whitney) as "crusty, dusty, and musty." Jason then added that he wishes the pyramid had crushed Scott today. Jason then called Shelby a want to be c-word and hopes people throw drinks on her. Earlier Shelby had said that Krackle bars were her favorite candy so Jason then went into the store room and brought out all four bags of chocolates and opened them up and removed every Krackle bar that he put into a trash bag and hid the trash bag under a sofa in the yoga room. Jason and his allies have also been intentionally consuming the Have Not add in foods (salsa, olives, pickles, and chocolate milk) to further deprive the Have Nots (Monte, Scott and Morgan.) He then described Shelby as trash. Kryssie and Jason then hoped that the "good people" who they assume they are, make it to the end.

Time for another editorial opinion here. Let's see, there's a group of people who use unfounded accusations of racism, sexism and bigotry to defame others. They call the other side vile names. They hide food and purposely eat the add-ins for the Have Not food to further deprive the Have Nots. They think burning down someone's home is funny. They hurl endless insults and slurs of the most vile nature at the other side. The other side is simply playing the game in a clean fashion, winning comps and nominating the threats in the game. Call me crazy, but I may have a different opinion than Jason and Kryssie on who the "good side" of the house is. I cast all 40 of my votes for Kryssie as America's nominee, but the online polling indicates that Monte will be the nominee. Why anyone supports Jason and his vile crew is a mystery to me, but it was a mystery to me when he was on regular BB two years ago. I just don't get why people like/support him. I'd be hard pressed not to send him flying off the balcony if I was in the house with him. End of editorial.

Today we'll find out America's Nominee (likely Monte) then the picking of the POV players will take place. At 4:00 PM ET the POV comp will take place. Reportedly this will be a prize/punishment comp based on the golf stuff the house was given to practice with. I'm guessing it will be a head to head match-up with the winner advancing and the loser picking a prize. In a perfect world Alex will draw her allies to compete with her for the POV against Danielle and Shane. At the very least it looks like it will be Alex and Monte on Alex's side.

Ideally America will nominate Kryssie as America's Nominee, but the Jason supporters have been dominating the vote so far. Assuming Monte is the nominee, he, Alex, or someone on her side needs to win POV and take down Monte or he'll be voted out. In theory Monte could win the vote, but it would be unlikely. Justin doesn't trust Danielle and Shane knowing they tried to make a deal with Alex earlier in the week, so his vote could go her way. Neeley likes Monte and could be split off. But, I highly doubt that either would break from their group and face the wrath of the group. They know, and have seen firsthand, how their group treats those outside the group and I doubt that they wish to be on the receiving end of that anger.

The game is now officially about as ugly as any recent season has been. The house is sharply divided with one side smearing those on the other side, while the other side is mostly playing a clean, strategic game. This is rapidly becoming a good versus evil season like season eleven. The problem is America has, until now anyway, favored the darker side of the house. The good news is that Alex and her allies are generally rising in the online polling as the game goes on and we could see things flip at some point where those playing a clean game actually start to get rewarded for their play. They just have to keep some numbers on their side until that flip comes along. Things don't look great for Alex's side right now. They pretty much have to win every comp while America rewards and protects Jason's side of the house.

Big Brother Over The Top Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for 10/09/2016!!!

And a new day dawns in the tale of Jason and the Ugh-onauts. Yesterday saw the revealing of the Have Nots and Jason's loyal followers made three members of Alex's side of the house Have Nots. Monte, Morgan and Scott were named as Have Nots. They were given no additional Have Not food this week, so they're stuck with just slop. While examining the Have Not room Morgan commented on Justin's clothes (he only wears very high end designer clothes) and wondered where he got them. Monte jokingly replied that maybe he stole them. Not necessarily a bad guess considering that Justin has admitted to dealing drugs, being a pimp, and being arrested eleven times, but never convicted. He's far from a choir boy and in truth being called a thief is a lesser offense than the things he's admitted to having done.

Danielle was in earshot when this went down and immediately ran to Justin and told Justin that Monte accused him of being a thief. Danielle's very good at stirring things up. This had Justin very upset and angry. While the people inside were getting ready to test the bucket of slop on the table a light bulb above the table exploded over Shelby and the house guests were ordered outside. Justin cursed at Monte and told him to "Get the f*** out!" and was clearly very angry at Monte who had no idea why.

While sitting outside, Justin was angrily lifting weights and shadow boxing to burn off his anger while Monte was informed that Justin was upset over the comment he'd made about Justin stealing the clothes he wore. Monte wondered who told Justin about that, and said it was just a joke. Kryssie, seeing an opportunity to impugn Scott, then said it had to be Scott who said it. Danielle jumped in and agreed and for a while they painted Scott as the picture of all evil in the world.

Eventually Justin calmed down and the whole house, minus Scott who had retreated to the Have Not room to hide out, had a meeting to talk things out. Justin calmed down and accepted Monte's apology and all was good for everyone but Scott. Then Monte asked Justin who had told him and Justin went off the Ugh-onauts script and told the truth that it was Danielle. Uh oh!

Danielle then followed Alex, Monte and Morgan into the store room and admitted that she told Justin, because she thought Justin should know and that she didn't realize that it had been a joke and as a black woman she thought there might be something racial in the accusation. Monte apologized and asked her to talk to him first if she hears anything and to let him clear things up before she blows up the house.

For the record, Jason's side of the house is trying to grab any one word, comment or action used by anyone on the other side of the house and blow it up into a massive reason why that person can't be trusted, or allowed to stay in the house. They did it with Cornbread, they've done it with Monte and now they've done it with Scott. It is definitely not my preferred style of game play. You don't have to smear someone to have a reason to vote them out of the game. Everyone but one person has to eventually go and just the fact that they're there is reason enough to get rid of them. You don't have to use character assassination as a reason to get someone out. Their side is attempting to slap ugly labels on people, labels like bigot, racist, homophobe, etc. and then say "If you don't vote them out, then it shows you support what they represent." In fact those house guests don't represent those beliefs, but they're just being painted in that manner, largely by Danielle and Kryssie. It's an ugly way to play the game and taints people afterwards. It isn't necessary or fair.

Alex isn't moved by their game play however and still intends to put up Danielle and Shane. Danielle has now moved into being the target thanks to her instigating these confrontations. (Truth be told Shane is largely nonexistent. He makes Corey from BB 18 look like a party animal in comparison. Shane redefines boring.) Later in the evening they had the Care Package ceremony where Kryssie used her save a friend power to save Jason. At last night's safety ceremony Alex saved Kryssie, Whitney, Neeley and Morgan. Tonight she'll save Scott, Monte, Justin and Shelby, leaving Danielle and Shane as the nominees.

Then the fun starts. Those of us who don't like the smear and tar and feather approach to playing the game seem united in nominating Kryssie as America's Nominee. Her ego has exploded over getting the Care Package and her endless chatter and attempts to frame Scott for something he had no role in makes her an easy target for us. The pro-Jason side seems split between Monte, Morgan and now Scott as their choice. Jason is telling America to vote for Scott, but many of his fans want to put up Alex's sister Morgan as an "F*** you!" message to Alex for daring to win HOH and put up the Ugh-onauts, while others want Monte up. God willing Jason's fans will split the vote enough to allow Kryssie to be the third nominee.

Tomorrow afternoon we'll find out who America nominated. (Please let it be Kryssie!) The look on her face when the image on the living room TV freezes on her will be priceless. She thinks she's the safest person in the house right now so it would be hilarious to see her go up. Then they'll play the POV comp which is a golfing comp based on the practice rig they've been given. (That favors Shane a ton as he's a former pro golfer. He's been hitting shots from across the yard in practice.) I really desperately want someone on Alex's side to win the POV, so the people who are playing a clean game have a chance to keep playing for a while. I love Big Brother but I hate the way some play the game by smearing their opponents. You don't have to destroy the character of someone else to advance in the game. If someone from your side of the house is nominated then win POV to save them or let them go. They have to go eventually for you to win anyway. These assaults on people's character are way out of line to me. It tells us far more about he character of the people making the claims than it does those they're accusing.

Big Brother Over The Top Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for Saturday 10/08/2016!!!

In the continuing saga of Jason and the Ugh-onauts we saw his side once again rewarded by America when Kryssie won the first Care Package. This had Kryssie initially very happy then pulled in every direction by her allies. Danielle and Shane made the first run at Kryssie urging her to use the power to save a friend on one of them. A long, mind-numbing chat between them ensued in which I'm sure I lost a few thousand brain cells that committed suicide rather than endure listening to them. Justin sat in on that conversation long enough to hear Shane and Danielle talk about having offered a deal with Alex for safety and then wandered off in a huff.

Alex and company discussed the power and decided that since neither Jason nor Justin were her immediate targets it would make the most sense to try and guide Kryssie to using the power on one of them. The plan was hatched, thought through and agreed upon. Kryssie then came upstairs and after failing to convince Alex to put up one or two of her allies instead of any of the Ugh-onauts, Alex mentioned how some of her allies were really pressuring her to put up Jason, but she didn't want to put up Jason. Alex said it would really help her if Kryssie used the power on Jason so Alex would have an excuse not to put him up. Kryssie said it would likely come down to either Jason or Justin as they were the two she was closest to.

Justin is unhappy with Shane and Danielle for going behind the Ugh-onauts back to make a deal with Alex (which Alex refused knowing they couldn't be trusted) and wants them gone now. He knows he can't trust them after that and has decided they need to go. Shane and Danielle made another run at Kryssie to try and get her to keep one of them safe, but Kryssie is now pretty locked in on using it on Jason.

The Ugh-onauts now turned their attention to smearing Monte. After successfully turning the house on Cornbread for talking about "Jewing" someone down over a price and "gypping" someone, they now decided that Monte is a homophobic bigot, largely because in defending Whitney earlier in the game he described her as "an all American girl who just wants to find a nice guy, settle down, have kids and raise a family, and that's what made America great." He also said he preferred not to share a bed with a guy and would rather sleep with Morgan. Those two statements apparently make him a homophobic redneck in the eyes of the Ugh-onauts. To be honest, nearly every man in the world given a choice between sleeping with Morgan or Jason would choose Morgan. I'm not sure a very significant percentage of women wouldn't also agree. That doesn't make anyone homophobic, just sane.

The girls aren't buying what the Ugh-onauts are selling however and are staying true to Monte. Jason is going to try and single Whitney out from the herd and insist that she either split from Monte or it'll be proof that she's a bigot to try and get her vote. They worked Scott hard to get his vote and when he refused and stayed loyal to Alex they then called for America to nominate him and make him a Have Not.

Scott forgot all about America's vote in his calculations and is now worried about the numbers, but still seems committed to Alex. He told Shelby earlier not to pick a side and to try and stay in the middle but Shelby seems solidly on Alex's side now and largely dismissed Scott who wants to take Shelby to the final two with him. That's a smart strategic move on Scott's part as Shelby isn't terribly loved, but the odds of those two getting to the final two together are impossibly long.

This season has rapidly transitioned into a heroes versus villains BB 11 type season. On the one side you have the heroes, Alex, Whitney, Morgan, Shelby, Monte, Scott, who are playing a pretty clean game. On the other side the villains, Jason, Justin, Kryssie, Danielle, Shane, with Neeley somewhere in the middle but leaning towards the villains. The one side fights hard, plans everything out, wins comps, works together to go farther in the game by winning, but playing clean and not smearing their enemies. The Ugh-onauts side lays around, moans, begs America for safety, and tries to smear the other side with false allegations. The bad news is the villains' side has lots of online supporters keeping them afloat.

Today we find out who the Have Nots are. I've been voting for Danielle, Shane, and Kryssie. Ideally they'll get hungry enough as Have Nots to cannibalize one or more of them and we'll be down one villain. In all likelihood the Have Nots will be three from the hero side of the house however. Monte seems nearly certain to be America's Nominee on Monday. The POV comp is huge this week. Alex's side needs to win the POV to save Monte or Scott, whoever the Ugh-onauts convince their side to put up. (They've been pushing Scott to the viewers lately.) If Monte (who seems to be leading in the polls) is the nominee then we could still see Monte stay as Neeley likes Monte and Justin is upset with Danielle and Shane for going behind the Ugh-onauts' back to try and make a deal. Those two could both vote out one of Shane/Danielle unless some serious fence-mending takes place soon.
