Big Brother 18 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for Thursday 9/01/2016!!!

We've finally turned the corner to September and there are less than three weeks of BB 18 to go! Yesterday was another day of not much happening. Natalie nagged/begged Michelle to go and talk to Nicole and Corey about keeping her, but Michelle didn't want to. James then came along and said it wasn't necessary. He was 99% sure that Paul was going. He believes that since Nicole told him Paul was the target that she'll stick to her word and vote out Paul. (She won't, she's voting out Michelle.)

While they were discussing this downstairs, up in the HOH the endless discussion between Nicole and Corey on what to do with the bribe went on and on and on. Corey kept coming back to giving it to Victor and Nicole kept agreeing then saying she wasn't sure. Eventually, and believe me it felt like it took forever, they agreed to give the bribe to Victor. Corey went to the DR to finalize the bribe and then Paul and Victor joined them and were told of the bribe. Many thanks were exchanged, promises of undying loyalty were made that will be kept until at least the end of tonight's HOH comp and the Final Four alliance (Paul, Victor, Nicole, Corey) knows they've got the game wrapped up. (I'm not so sure of that, but we'll see.)

Michelle strongly suspects she's going home and Natalie also senses it but James is sure she's staying. Natalie kept pushing Michelle to go and talk to Nicole and Corey, but both Michelle and James felt it would be inappropriate to do so now and might make Michelle the target if she isn't already and if she is the target, she won't be able to change anything.

James packed his bags in case tonight is a double eviction and he's going home. Michelle packed her bag including assorted items of clothing she's stolen from other house guests that she's planning to sell on E-Bay. She's got a pair of Paul's pants that he let her wear one day. She probably has a pink bikini bottom from Nicole that Nicole can't find anywhere. She had James' sweatshirt, but he found it in her bag the other day and repossessed it. She's probably stolen something else from him in the meantime. She mentioned earlier in the season that she wanted something with their DNA on it from every house guest that she would then sell. She seems to be going ahead with that plan.

Expect nothing much to happen today. Natalie is pretty sure that Michelle is going tonight and will be prepared for it. Nicole and Corey aren't sure if they'll tell James before the vote how Nicole will vote. Paul and Victor have glued themselves to Corey and Nicole all week and despite driving them slightly crazy, they've done a good job of locking them down and locking in the vote for tonight. Paul and Michelle are planning to recreate Paulie's kiss to Michelle with Michelle saying it was better than the last kiss she got. Then the votes will be cast and in all likelihood it'll end in a 2-2 tie and Nicole will stand up and cast the tiebreaker. Michelle will be voted out. Then Michelle has promised to blow up Nicole's game on her way out. (How?) And then Julie will have to figure out how to handle the somewhat emotionally volatile Michelle.

The set up for tonight's HOH comp went pretty quickly yesterday. With just five house guests competing we could see the egg moving comp or the slip and slide. They didn't get the ballet slippers for the slip and slide, so that's unlikely unless they get them later today. It'll likely be either an endurance comp of some sort (egg moving/slip and slide) or else there will be a luxury comp tomorrow. If they don't do one of those things they won't have much footage for Sunday's show. (Maybe a long jury house segment of Michelle arriving?)

At this point Corey is planning to throw the HOH to either Paul or Victor. He doesn't think he needs to win it and wants them to get blood on their hands. Paul and Victor are fine with that. Natalie and James will want to win it. Natalie's been pretty focused lately and studying the house like mad. If it's the slip and slide then it'll likely come down to Paul (the former skater)  and Natalie (dancer/gymnast.) If it's the egg comp then Corey and Victor will have an edge with longer fingers and being taller.

It would be unusual to have the slip and slide comp with just five house guests. Given more room in the yard due to the new pool being easily covered they could do a variation on the slip and slide with a curve or two thrown in.  Adding a few curves instead of a straight path from the reservoir to the HOH ball container could up the difficulty of that comp a bit. Having to negotiate a curve while carrying a cup of liquid on a slippery surface could be challenging.

On tonight's show we'll see the typical recap, then some minimal chatter about who to vote out. We may see Victor's Nature Watch segment. We won't see the jury house as no one went to the jury house last week. The live vote shouldn't be a surprise. I suspect they aren't allowing a lot of time for the Michelle exit interview. I don't get the vibe that she's popular with production. She's largely slept through the season. Then they'll move on to the HOH comp. If it's a Q&A type comp or a comp that's completed by the end of the show then expect a luxury comp tomorrow to give them more footage. The only real suspense tonight is who wins HOH.

A James/Natalie win would be interesting. With them down 4-2 in numbers they've given up control of the game. They can't control who gets evicted as they'd only have one vote and the Final Four would have two. If they put up Paul and Victor it would force Nicole and Corey to pick one or the other. It would also force Nicole and Corey to fight like mad for the POV to be sure they didn't go up.

In order to inject some life in the house we need a James/Natalie win of the HOH tonight. If they don't win then the house will be on cruise control this week as James/Natalie will be the target and it'll be another boring week with no suspense.
