Monday was a busy day in the old BB OTT house. The house had a rare HOH lock-down as BB swapped out the nomination chairs with a nomination sofa. Shortly after that they had the picking of the POV players, but first they had to find out who America nominated. They all looked to the living room TV and watched as their pictures rolled by, pausing on each one for a blink then moving on until finally stopping on Cornbread.
He was shocked and upset by this but the house assured him America probably loves him and nominated him because they knew he'd be safe. (Not really.) The players to participate in the POV were picked and they were Whitney and Alex. The POV comp started on time and the POV was locked in a safe and the house guests had to figure out the combination to the safe by the things that had been added to the house while they were locked out. The house door opened and the comp began.
The things added were four letters on the refrigerator door spelling out veto, two extra dining room chairs, four sunflowers in a vase, and nine goldfish in a bowl. Danielle had the right numbers only in the wrong order, but got there in the wrong way by seeing two burned out light bulbs that she thought were new and used that for her two. After many tries over about forty minutes Jason got the right combination (2449) and won the POV.
With Jason winning the POV the attention then turned to Monte and what he'd do for a replacement nominee. He pretty quickly settled on Kryssie as the replacement and also the target for eviction. While that was Monte's plan the rest of the house had two different plans.
Danielle wants Cornbread out this week and to keep Kryssie. She's more or less convinced Shane to go along with this. (I think.) Danielle seems to feel they have the votes to get rid of Cornbread in Jason, Shane, Neeley, Scott, and Justin. Shane seems okay with this plan and has vowed to get rid of one of the three girls (Alex, Morgan or Whitney) if he wins HOH this week as those three together are dangerous.
The girls (Alex, Whitney, Morgan and Shelby) meanwhile are plotting to see if they can get rid of Danielle this week. They have four votes between them and Scott is also more or less with them, so that would give them five votes. Scott's managed to somehow find himself as the swing vote between the two sides. If things follow this path he may have to pick a side much earlier than he was planning. Now the girls may have swung more towards getting rid of Cornbread after he went off on another rant against Shelby which Scott reported back to the girls. (Cornbread also apparently went off on production in the DR and may be close to getting himself kicked off the show. Apparently he's not happy with the way they're producing "his" show. He may be about to learn a very hard lesson about fighting production.)
Monte might not mind Danielle going as he's getting more and more worried about Shane's loyalty. Shane has been hanging out with Danielle and Jason a lot more than Monte would prefer and Monte is afraid of losing his number two guy. Shane's lost a lot of his fondness for Monte. Alex is a bit worried about Monte and his fondness for the guys and doesn't want her or the girls to be used by Monte.
Justin got a bit homesick and teary yesterday after realizing how long they'd all be locked in the house. He's not handling the confinement very well and is getting more than a little stressed out.
So, at this moment the house has largely divided into two camps. You've got the Jason camp with Danielle, Kryssie, Neeley, Justin, and likely Shane. And then there's the girl's camp with Alex, Morgan, Whitney, Shelby, and likely Scott and maybe Monte. Monte really wants to be with Shane, but Shane is moving more and more to Jason/Danielle and I don't see Monte going there when he's got Morgan, Whitney, Scott and Alex already on his side. The guy without a camp is Cornbread. Neither side seems to want to pull him in and both sides seem happy enough to lose him, so it's likely Cornbread leaving tomorrow. Oddly enough the person most likely safe, by my read anyway, is Kryssie, the person Monte is sure is leaving.
Today will be another busy day in the old BB house. The house guests will be awakened early today for a 12:30 PM ET swimsuit shot that we'll get to see live on the feeds. Then at 4:00 PM ET they have the POV meeting where Kryssie will go up. Then at 10:30PM ET we get the first live DR sessions where the house guests will be given a list of questions and speak directly to us answering those questions. We don't know how honest they'll be, but it'll be interesting to see how that all plays out.
