Big Brother 18 Live Feed Spoilers and Updates for Tuesday 8/09/2016!!!

It's becoming a complicated and confusing house. Loyalties are shifting and being re-evaluated, lies are being told left, right, and middle. Targets are changing from minute to minute. People who have been laying low are starting to rise up. People who have been playing hard are now playing harder. It's getting interesting.

Yesterday saw the POV ceremony where Michelle in her speech pointed out how many wins Paulie had and what a good competitor he was. Paulie opted not to use the POV and left Michelle and Zakiyah up on the block. Michelle's speech created a lot of chaos. Paulie is now more determined than ever to get out Michelle and is not taking no for an answer. (Well, he was until a talk with Zakiyah a bit later that we'll cover below. That talk may have altered his opinion a bit.)

Paul and Victor still want Zakiyah out to weaken Paulie. Zakiyah didn't help herself any with Paul when she told Paul that she wants to win HOH and put up Victor to get him out. Zakiyah's game sense is pretty bad. Paul and Victor are concerned about the couples and Paulie's desire to keep the couples. They know they'll be big targets since they're playing alone and the couples will pick them off, then Zakiyah tells Paul that Victor is her big target.

Natalie is working on recruiting Bridgette into working with her and James. Bridgette thinks James is too flaky for a solid alliance. Bridgette has a salvaged Basil plant that she's named Mr. Jenkins that she takes out into the yard with her for sun in the afternoons. Natalie reminded Bridgette that when they were together on a sightseeing trip in one of their preseason meetings that Natalie held a succulent Bridgette had bought for her on their trip to/from Venice Beach. (I think it was Venice Beach.) Natalie then assured Bridgette that James putting her up wasn't James' idea and that Paulie made him do it. Natalie warned Bridgette that Paulie still thinks Bridgette's a threat and still wants her out. Bridgette told Natalie that she told Corey that she trusted Corey and Paulie the most of anyone, then added sarcastically, "Sure I do." Bridgette is likely to see where power lies in the future before committing to anything. Let James/Natalie win HOH and target a big target and Bridgette's likely to join them.

Paul and Paulie are making all kinds of plans on what to do in the double eviction. Depending on who they're talking to, the targets are Nicole, Zakiyah, Bridgette, Victor, Michelle (if she has the Round Trip ticket or somehow survives this week,) James, and Paul. About the only names you're not being heard mentioned are Corey and Natalie. I'm pretty sure I heard Mr. Jenkins (Bridgette's plant) come up as a possible nom in one of the conversations too.

Natalie seems to be trying to subtly assemble a four person team of Michelle, Bridgette, Natalie and James. I think she still likes the idea of a mostly girl's alliance and figures that bringing in two bigger targets in Michelle and Bridgette would help keep her and James safer. Zakiyah and Nicole are largely hopeless as members of a girls' alliance. They're both too far up Paulie's backside to be usable, but Michelle and Bridgette are viable options for her.

Paul is confusing. He seems solidly with Victor then runs to Paulie and sounds like he's more with Paulie. Then runs back to Victor and seems more with Victor. Corey is starting to wake up and play the game. I don't know if they've given him back his meds, if he's adjusted to not having them, or if he's been consciously laying low, but he's starting to sound like he may be a player. James is still trying to play the middle, but the middle is not a good place to be right now.

Things will get interesting today. This will likely be the last day with the yard open so the house can spread out and talk game. It gets more complicated when everyone's in the house together. Paulie told Zakiyah he was planning to confront and attack Michelle today. He wanted to blow up her game and destroy her. He wanted to blame her for her being nominated for not being loyal to her alliance. Zakiyah noticed how excited he was talking about this and seemed to decide that maybe Paulie got off on hurting people. Zakiyah asked, "What else is going on, buddy?"
"Nothing."
"Anything I can do?"
"What?"
"Anything I do that makes you mad?"
"Nope."
You can beat me up now."
"Jesus."
"You can choke me."
"My goodness."
"You can slap me. I'll take it."
"Oh my."
"What? What?"
"You're out of your mind."
"How?"
That whole conversation seemed to rattle Paulie a bit and I'm thinking he might now want Zakiyah gone. (I'm thinking the BB psychologist will have a bit of a chat with her later on this morning.) This talk with Zakiyah took place at around 1:52 AM cams 1/2.

So, today the HOH camera will come out, Victor will write his HOH blog, lots of scrambling will take place as the house finalizes the plan on who goes this week. In reality James largely controls the vote this week. If he wants to keep Michelle, he can use his vote canceling power on Paulie and either Corey or Nicole, have him, Natalie and Paul vote to keep Michelle and the vote will be 3-2 to evict Zakiyah. Which may be best for Zakiyah's mental health. Expect Zakiyah to have a long, long DR session today as the staff psychologists try to keep her from completing imploding. I'm pretty sure they won't show Zakiyah telling Paulie he can beat her up, choke her, or slap her on national TV. That girl has some serious self-esteem issues going on and needs some intense counseling.
